Frequently Asked Questions

How long will my order take to arrive?

The answer to this question depends on many factors. Generally, from the point you order to the moment it gets to your destination takes no longer than 35 business days. The wait time is much less than that, however some of our products are made to order while some products are pre-made, which can complicate things fulfillment wise. Typically this is how our production works:

1. We receive your order and begin processing it. This takes no longer than 5 days, but 99% of the time it is done the same day.

2. Your order is produced (if applicable). This takes no longer than 10 business days, but on average takes 2-4.

3. Your order is then shipped directly to your door. The longest shipping time will be no more than 20 business days, however most orders from the USA and Canada receive their package in less than 10.

Worst case scenario, your order will arrive in 35 days. This has not yet happened, however we cannot guarantee that it won't.

Best case scenario, your order will arrive in 5 days from the point you order.

If your order takes longer than one month (30 days) to arrive, please contact us ASAP so we can assist you.

We are doing our best to improve our fulfillment times but due to the current events in the world there is not much we can do.

Part of my order is missing, what should I do?

Don't worry, the rest of your order is on the way! We are working extremely hard to get our orders out as fast as possible, which means some items may be shipped seperate from others to get you your order faster! If you recieved part of your order and it has been a significant amount of time (at least 2 weeks) and still haven't recieved the rest of your order, please contact us with the form below. We will do our absolute best to solve the problem as quickly as possible.

My items are inaccurate or damaged, how can I get a refund?

We do not offer refunds on slight variations between the product pictures and your end product as almost every item is made to order by hand, so slight variations will occur. However, if your product is legitimately incorrect to the reference picture (missing or damaged print, wrong design, etc.), Please contact us using the form below.
